Withdrawing cash at one of our ATMs is easy. Follow these simple steps:

1. Select Withdraw Cash at the ATM

2. Depending on the amount you are transacting, you will need to enter your phone number and/or scan your driver’s license. See our limits for more information.

3. Select the amount of cash that you wish to receive.

4. A QR code will be presented on the screen. This code contains both the wallet address and the amount of bitcoin required in order to complete our transaction. Open your bitcoin wallet app and choose “Send” and then “Scan QR code.”

5. Use your phone’s camera to align our QR code inside the box shown on the center of your phone’s screen. Once the wallet app running on your phone recognizes our QR code, it will automatically fill in all information necessary to complete our transaction.

6. If you have the option, set the Miner Fee or Processing Speed to Priority (Fastest). If your wallet does not provide this option, we recommend using a different wallet app to do withdrawals from our machines. It will make your transactions with us MUCH FASTER!

7. Press Send. Your cash will be dispensed immediately. For larger transactions, we may require a 10-minute wait while the transaction confirms on the blockchain. In this case, you will receive a text message when your cash is ready for withdrawal.

8. After you receive a text message that your cash is ready, select Redeem at the ATM and enter the redemption code that you were provided. Your cash will be dispensed.
